The complete training programme, as given to junior, graduate traders at a successful London based investment firm. After studying this programme you will understand how and why the financial markets exist, why speculation on these markets is so important to the global economy and the methods and strategies used by institutions and firms to trade and profit from these markets on a daily basis.
We strongly believe in trader development and all our trainees receive three stages of world-class training before moving onto a fully funded company account. Starting your training online, traders then join us for stage 2 and 3 on our trading floor in the City of London.
STAGE 1 – ONLINE
Taught exclusively by the most experienced members of the Amplify Trading team.
The content covers all the main areas crucial in building the right foundations to begin your training, delivered through a combination of on-demand videos, reading materials and assessments.
Upon completion you will have qualified for a Level 4 diploma in Trading & Financial Market Analysis.

STAGE 2 – IN HOUSE – 1 WEEK
DAY 1
PROFESSIONAL TRADING
Trainees apply the concepts learnt on our professional trading platform in live market prices. Includes, detailed training in reading the tape and order flow

TRADE EXECUTION
Develop original trade ideas utilising fundamental and technical analysis. Traders execute trades on live market prices following the Amplify Trading process
DAY 3
ADVANCED STRATEGIES
Traders deploy strategies based on an advanced understanding of how assets interact with one another, nothing moves in isolation
DAY 4
TRADING MINDSET
Focus on trading psychology, the identification and enhancement of your trading style using the latest neuroscience and AI technology

RISK MANAGEMENT
Traders apply strict risk management protocols to perform consistently within a pressurised and uncertain environment.
